This is a fantastic minimalist house of 600m2, independent and located just 150 metres from Playas de Muro, one of the best beaches in the north of Mallorca, which is ranked 17th among the 100 best beaches in the world. The villa is ideal for relaxation for families and groups of friends and can accommodate up to 12 people and babies. It comprises 4 bedrooms with a double bed of 150cm and two bedrooms with two single bunk beds of 90cm each. Each room has its own wardrobe and a safe. The property is equipped with 2 bathrooms with a wide shower of 200cmx90cm and two independent toilets. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining room with a plasma TV offering channels in different languages and free wifi. The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped. All the materials used are of the first quality. The villa is air-conditioned with hot and cold air in all rooms and bedrooms.

The swimming pool is 14m long by 2,80cm wide with a depth varying from 0,80 to 1,70cm and is totally enclosed with a stainless steel railing as a safety measure for children. The terrace has a sun deck with sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and a large barbecue grill for enjoying the best Mallorcan meats. Next to the swimming pool, there is a private children’s playground and a ping pong table for the enjoyment of young and old. The villa also offers private parking for 3 cars.
