Set in 8000 m2 of private land, this finca is ideally situated in a quiet rural area between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, just a 3 mins drive to the beach and pretty Puerto Pollensa with its wide range of restaurants and bars and 10 mins drive to the historic old town of Pollensa. Resorts like Cala San Vicente, Alcudia and Playa de Muro are only 15 mins drive away.

Arriving at the finca through impressive double gates you will immediately feel relaxed and in holiday mode as you enter the large circular gravel drive and see the central roundabout featuring palm trees a large olive tree.

This unique and special property has retained all the character of a traditional finca with beautiful stone features on the exterior.

The interior is stylishly furnished in a contemporary way with an internal dining area, office area and a living area which has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, Netflix, CD player with an iPod docking station and a Bluetooth speaker.

The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped with an electric fan oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a walk-in larder with a fridge freezer. A door leads out to a pretty, enclosed terrace with a large sun umbrella, a table and four chairs. Great for a private breakfast.

The five air-conditioned bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 twin) have fully tiled en-suite shower rooms.   The master bedroom has direct access to a private sun terrace, bedrooms two and three have direct access to the swimming pool and bedrooms four and five have their own private entrance and are adjacent to a shaded sun terrace and a spacious laundry room/kitchenette which has a small gas cooker, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also additional storage for luggage and a supply of pool/beach towels.

A large beautifully shaded wrap-around terrace overlooks the big flood-lit swimming pool with Roman steps. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy al fresco meals around the large Spanish table with comfortable wicker chairs, or to just enjoy a drink and a chat with friends and family.

The terrace leading to the pool is pebbled with numerous sun loungers and sun umbrellas and an eye-catching covered relaxation area is just a few steps up from the pool - great for a peaceful siesta, enjoying a delicious cocktail or simply catching a cooling mountain breeze.  A large sun-bathing terrace with sun loungers and large straw umbrellas is located either side of this seating area and steps lead down to a grill area and an unusual, tented dining area with a unique circular mill stone table which seats up to twelve people.

The attractive garden is planted with numerous palms, cypresses, olive and fig trees, oleanders and bougainvillea and there is an adjoining paddock with two guest horses which are looked after by their owner.  Nearby is a games area with a boule terrain, dart board, children's darts, swing ball, badminton net and a table tennis table.

There is safe, secure parking for at least 6 cars and plenty of bicycles if cycling is your passion.
