The villa is also situated 6.2 miles from Tomir Mountain for hikers/walkers.

On approach, you will see the villa has large terraced areas to make the most of the views. The architecture has been very thought out to make sure the casita blends into the landscape.

Inside the villa, the living space is across 650sqm. The interior features one-off designer pieces, a theme that runs throughout the property. High-quality materials, stone floors, large windows, high ceilings all add to the feel and atmosphere. At the entrance/hallway is the staircase, and leads into the open plan living area with a feature fireplace. The furnishings are large, round and very plush, an ideal spot to watch a film/tv with family in the evening.

There is a lot of vibrant colour in the villa in keeping with the theme and flow, reds and warm colours downstairs make way for more neutral colours in the bedrooms. There are 6 bedrooms in total all of which have en suite bathrooms be it with large bathtubs or walk-in showers, the choice is yours. The bedrooms themselves are all of a good size, 2 of which have dressing rooms, 3 have access to the balcony. The bedrooms all have high-quality furniture and with 2 feature beds there may be a debate about who gets what!! Four of the bedrooms are on the first floor and 3 of them have sun balconies, each has their own television.

The outside of the villa is where the property comes into its own. The front porch is home to the fabulous infinity-style private swimming pool with breathtaking views over the sea. The decked pool area is surrounded by pristine sunbeds to lie back and enjoy the sunshine.

The land with vineyards, lawns and gardens is an ideal relaxing space. A stroll around the olive groves in the evening is a great way to wind down the day. The grounds are perfectly maintained and offer plenty of space and serenity.

Wander through the narrow streets and market stalls for traditional Mallorca arts and crafts. Alcudia is home to some of the best stretches of the beach making it an ideal family holiday destination. There are numerous eateries throughout the resorts from fast food outlets to high-end restaurants. A free guided tour of the area takes place on Wednesdays, you would have to head to the church at 09.50 to meet your guide and start your tour.
