On the ground floor is a very impressive and modern living room, with neutral colours and decoration, leading to an open plan style fully equipped white kitchen. High-end fixtures and fittings can be found here along with an island to take breakfast. Large double doors lead to the outside area. A television is available. A large square dining to sit 8 is ideal for evening meals or breakfast. Also on this level is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a handy utility with a washing machine.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bath and separate shower and comes complete with a walk-in wardrobe with large terrace space. A further 2 twin bedrooms with en suite bathroom are also on this level. Each of the bedrooms is neutral in design and colour.

The villa is within walking distance of Pollenca, this is a popular area and ideal setting to explore the Ternelle Valley. Pollenca is a large town that keeps its traditional Mallorcan feel. Plenty of tapas bars, restaurants and shops await you. The beach resort of Puerto Pollenca is not far and has a beautiful beach which is ideal for families.
